此MOD由archnoob和本人共同制作

改动内容有:

1.歼灭者三足机甲的原始HP加为10000;
2.掠夺者HP降低为4000,升级轨道炮后单发威力改为800;
3.猛犸坦克的装甲改为15000,炮塔转动速度恢复,导弹的发射间隔由10秒改为5秒,轨道炮每发威力加到1500;
4.守护者炮台也能享受轨道炮升级,升级后每发弹威力500(射击间隔时间不变);
5.RIG展开后的战斗基地HP减为7000,可享受轨道炮升级,升级后每发炮弹威力500;
6.狙击手的射击间隔改为1.2秒;
7.斗犬的HP加为1800;
8.APC的HP加为3000;
9.神像的HP改为8000,射程加到800;
10.火鹰的的装甲降低为3200,速度改为250,对空导弹由4枚改为8枚,对地炸弹改为AP(穿甲攻击),每枚2000威力总共4000;
11.乌克的导弹可以对空;
12.音波塔的HP改为9000,每发威力3000;
13.GDI固定防空炮的威力加倍。

* - Tier 3 structures (Tech Center, Tech Lab and Technology Assembler) cost/buildtime now 3000/60s (was 4000/40s)
* - Tier 4 structures (Space Command Uplink, Tiberium Chemical Plant and Signal Transmitter) cost/buildtime now 6000/20s (was 3000/30s), health 7500 (was 3000)
* - Mammoth, Avatar, Tripod and advanced defenses now require the respective faction's Tier 4 structure, now provide cover bonus for infantry
* - Nod Militant Soldier and GDI Riflemen now have a +100% damage bonus to non-defensive structures, and +25% damage bonus to anti-vehicle infantry
* - Missile soldier and Militant Rocket now have a -30% damage penalty to flame tanks and infantry
* - Engineers and Black Hands no longer have the call for transport ability
* - Call for Transport Ability now requires the respective faction Tier 3 structure (Tech Center or Tech Lab)
* - All anti-tank defensive structures can now detect stealth along 330 radius (was 200)
* - Advanced Defense Structures Stealth detection removed
* - Neutral Defensive Tower damage now 1200 on center (40 radius) and 300 on splash (80 radius), from 1200/800.
* - 'Blade Storm' map size 15% smaller, starting field amount drastically reduced
* - Fixed bug with Fallen Empire empires bridges showing the power off signal
* - Fixed bug with Scrin MCV not giving build radius to allies
* - Fixed repair cost of all MCVs, now properly 3500 (was 2500)
* - Firehawks anti-air missiles harming allied units fixed
* - Fixed problem with the uninstaller sometimes corrupting the CnC3 install
* - Added 2-players tournament-style map "The Last Ore Chasm" by Noethis; Minimap and starting tiberium Fields growth rate optimized


* G D I

* - GDI harvester damage now 20 (was 30)
* - GDI silo buildtime 5s (was 3s)
* - Armory can now contain up to three squads, full heal time 2s (was 5s)
* - GDI riflemen range reduced by 15%
* - Grenadier can now fire over structures and vehicles; takes 15% from cannon (was 25%) and rocket (was 17%); with composite armor takes 8% from cannon and rocket (was 12%) and 50% from sniper (was 250%)
* - Sniper now requires Space Command Uplink (was Tech Center)
* - Rig battlebase cannons now have 50-units of minimum range, missing radius vs infantry 80 units (was 25); rockets splash damage no longer affects infantry; now takes 53% from rocket (was 45%)
* - Sniper now takes 5% from rocket (was 1%), now requires the Space Command Uplink (was Command Post)
* - Pitbull rockets now deal 500 damage to aircraft (was 600, originally 400)
* - Predator Rear damage scalar now +90% (was +75%)
* - APC now takes 1s to unload carried troops
* - Missile Soldier now takes 15% from rockets and cannon (was 25%), 8% with composite armor (was 12%)
* - Rifleman now takes 15% from rockets (was 25%) and 10% from cannon (was 25%); 8% from rockets and 5% from cannon with composite armor (was 12%)
* - Zone Trooper jetpack speed 220 (was 160), now takes 15% from rockets (was 25%)
* - Mammoth speed 60 (was 40), acceleration time 3.5s (was 1s), braking time 2s (was 1s); armor now takes 85% from rockets (was 75%); Railgun weapon now requires equipping after the Railgun tech upgrade, 400 cost per unit, 5s build time
* - Switched weapon firing priority of mammoth tank missiles and pitbull mortar
* - Dig-in ability cost now properly displayed and paid upfront instead of per time; Foxhole takes 60% from rockets (was 75%), 10% from cannon (was 7%) and increases range of contained troops by 15%
* - GDI commando carbine now deals 300 grenade damage (was 250) plus 50 sniper damage
* - Juggernaut base weapon now has a -25% damage penalty vs vehicles, bombardment particle fx updated to a scaringly huge explosion (thanks BinAly for bugging me enough to do it)
* - Orca missiles now deal 15% less damage against structures and 750 additional cannon damage in 80-radius exclusively against Mammoths, Avatars and Tripods
* - Mortar upgrade restored to and requires only Tech Center (was at command post and required armory)
* - Firehawk Strato Fighter upgrade now Tier 4 (was Tier 4)
* - Power Packs upgrade now in the Space Command Uplink (was armory); requires a 200-cost, 5s equip upgrade on each squad, doubles the Zone Trooper armor and makes it veteran
* - Power Plant Advanced Turbines upgrade now Tier 4 (was Tier 3)

* N O D

* - Construction Yard can now contain and heal/restore infantry squads, full heal time 3s
* - Nod outpost repair drones now uses the proper Nod model; can now heal allied units and aircraft
* - Attack Bikes rockets range against air now 360 (was 290)
* - Nod Dozer Blade upgrade now Tier 4 (in the Tiberium Chemical Plant)
* - Buggy now takes 70% from rockets (was 50%) and 40% from grenade (was 25%); EMP coil attack range 30 (was 0)
* - Militant Soldier and Confessor now takes 20% from rockets and 15% from cannon (was 50% and 25% respectively); with tiberium infusion upgrade takes 10% from rockets and 7% from cannon (was 50 and 25% respectively) and 50% from sniper (was 100%)
* - Militant Rocket now takes 30% from rockets (was 50%) and 10% from cannon (was 30%); with tiberium infusion upgrade takes 15% from rockets and 5% from cannon (was 50 and 25% respectively) and 50% from sniper (was 100%)
* - Fixed issue with Nod Commando unstealthing when moving to attack (thanks FBX)
* - Avatar speed 70 (was 50), upgraded speed 80 (was 57), acceleration time 2s (was 0.21s); primary laser range 275 (was 350); now takes 115% from cannon (was 100%) and 140% from rockets (was 120%)
* - Flame Tank now takes 55% from rockets (was 37%)
* - Scorpion Tank laser weapon damage penalty towards vehicles now -10% (was -20%)
* - Stealth Tank -20% damage penalty towards seekers, splash damage no longer affects infantry or allied units, now 100 (was 630) against air units
* - Vertigo bomber now deal additional 750 cannon damage with 80-units radius against Mammoths, Avatars and Tripods
* - Tiberium Vapor Bomb no longer requires the shrine
* - Saboteur booby trap mine splash radius now 120 (from 25 / 40 / 80 depending on structure)
* - Venom now takes 120% from gun damage (was 100%); laser weapon now requires equipping after the laser capacitor tech upgrade, 100 cost per unit, 5s build time, damage 140 (was 125); signature generator now requires a 500-credits equip upgrade, destroys incoming missiles and cause collateral damage on nearby firing units
* - Confessor upgrade technology research now requires a Tech Lab; 200-cost, 5s equip upgrade has to be applied on each squad; +66% armor to affected infantry units and makes infantry veteran; grenade speed now 150 (was 100), pre-attack delay 1s (was 3s).
* - Signature Generator upgrade now in Tiberium Liquidation Facility, cost 500 (was 100)

* S C R I N

* - Lightning Spike now has 330-radius stealth detection
* - Stasis Chamber no longer requires a portal
* - Shock Trooper vision range fixed to 450 (was 350), now takes 50% from cannon (was 5%), 85% from grenade (was 100%) and gun (was 110%); base weapon damage and reload time tripled, type now gun (was rocket); plasma weapon scatter radius vs infantry 30 (was 0), reload 4s (was 2.5s), damage 1000 (was 250), -66% damage penalty vs structures and infantry; Plasma splash damage 250 (was 78), radius 80 (was 60) and only affects the Mammoth, Avatar and Tripod (was Seeker, Scorpion and Predator)
* - Seeker range 275 (was 250)
* - Gunwalker damage 73 (was 65)
* - Corrupter penalty towards structures -55% (was -70%)
* - Tripod speed 72 (was 54), turn time 2.5s (was 3.5s); main weapon damage 400 (was 500); now takes 50% from grenade (was 25%) and 70% from cannon (was 100%); shield armor now takes 25% from rockets (was 50%)
* - Fixed bug with Gravity Stabilizer repair drones
* - Devourer conversion beam reload 20s (was 10s); Enhanced shot no longer requires force-fire to be used, range 350 (was 385), reload 3.3s (was 2.6s)
* - Devastator range 570 from 625, vision range fixed (was 500)
* - Scrin Blink Pack upgrade moved to stasis chamber
* - Plasma Disc Launchers upgrade now requires signal transmitter (was tech assembly); requires a 300-cost, 5s equip upgrade on each squad
* - Tripod and Planetary Assault Carrier shielding now requires equipping after the Shield Generator tech upgrade. 200 cost per unit, 5s build time.
* - Wormhole now requires the technology assembly (was Signal Transmitter), duration 12s (was 25s), recharge 3m30s (was 4m)

歼灭者的改动貌似是:

CnCLab1.0:
Annihilator Tripod speed 54 (was 60), base health 6750 (was 7500)
歼灭者三脚架速度由60降低为54,基础生命由7500降低为6750。

CnCLab1.1:
* - Tripod speed 72 (was 54), turn time 2.5s (was 3.5s); main weapon damage 400 (was 500); now takes 50% from grenade (was 25%) and 70% from cannon (was 100%); shield armor now takes 25% from rockets (was 50%)
三脚架速度由54增加为72,转身时间由3.5减少为2.5秒;主武器威力由500降低为400;受到手雷伤害由25%增加为50%,但是受到穿甲炮伤害由100%降低为70%;盾牌装甲受到火箭伤害由50%降低为25%。

CnCLab有那么多人才,最好是多做几个建筑和兵种出来,这样采矿的问题也能解决了,科技升级也可以分散到多个建筑了,科技树也可以分叉了,打法也多样了,就是EA不高兴了

奧卡有對空功能

其实CnCLab等GR平衡补丁都是相当不错的,但是都犯了同一个错误 - 在官方没有明确放弃该游戏时就发出了……结果肯定惨不忍睹……
要得到顶级玩家的支持,必须保证其为最高版本……

像比较强悍的绝命1.05b和巫王崛起2.02都是在官方停止升级才出的。
